Portfolio Manager
As Portfolio Manager, Benedict is responsible for overseeing property management, asset performance, and day-to-day operational delivery across the Nikron portfolio.
With experience in coordinating income-generating assets, he ensures that our properties are managed with structure, consistency, and attention to detail. His focus lies in maintaining quality standards, supporting landlord relationships, and optimising operational efficiency across the group.
